Fulfilled by hearing all the triumph stories of the challenges families overcame to become homeowners as a real estate close out coordinator, Te’Aire was inspired to take a more hands on approach. Te’Aire is intricately wired with a passion to understand how things work. As a close out coordinator, she celebrated with dozens of families as she witnessed the finished product of their homeownership. But in order to understand homeownership and to see more families become homeowners, she had to be a part of the beginning of the process.

After working as an accountant for over a decade, she felt God calling her to shift. She sought her license as a Mortgage Loan Originator. With an extroverted personality, she desperately wanted to do something different but maintain her love for two things, being a social butterfly and playing with numbers.
